Shipping

We work on a weight based shipping costing, all shipping costings are listed when a order is placed.

We are not responsible for import duty on your goods and any import duty will be your responsibility, so please bear this in mind when deciding to purchase if you are outside the UK.

Returns

Although Feather Interiors try to uphold to the highest standards we do understand that things can and do go wrong and if you are not 100% satisfied our returns policy is as follows;

  • You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • You will be responsible for return postage on any item which is not faulty.
  • Please contact us at contact@featherinterorsdesign.com  before you send your item back to we can resolve your issue as soon as possible.

When returning a item please follow these guidelines;

  • Contact us first
  • Pack item in original packing
  • Place your original paperwork within the package, with your contact details such as telephone, email and address.
  • Include postage receipt as we cannot refund any postage without the receipt.
  • Please obtain a proof of postage, we are not responsible for items which do not arrive.
